As an association, our CC&R’s task us with setting a standard appearance for all exteriors. This includes address numbering, exterior lighting, doorbells, gates and doors and any other visible exterior features. It is important for all owners to adhere to these standards to enhance the appearance, and thus the value of our properties. The following are guidelines for the porch lighting, doorbells and doorknobs on units within the Promenade Villas complex.
Exterior Lighting (Porch Lights)
Porch lighting shall be Brown or Oil-Rubbed Bronze like the unit shown below. You may install one with or without a motion sensor:

Doorbells
Doorbells shall have a Brown or Oil-Rubbed Bronze base. Optionally you may install a Ring or similar doorbell to enhance security.
Doorknobs and Locks
The door shall have a doorknob and deadbolt lock like the lock shown below and shall be Brown or Oil-Rubbed Bronze.

Please note: This requirement does not apply to security screen door locks intalled in accordance with Association guidelines.
