Just a quick now on vehicle gate operations:
To let a visitor in through the vehicle gate off of Orr & Day Rd or Gard Avenue, have your visitor look up you name in the call box directory. This will call you on the phone number designated by you when the intercome was set up. After answering, simple press 9 to open the gate.
If you need to change your phone number in the directory, email us at PromenadeVillasHOA@gmail.com providing:
- Your NAME to be displayed on the list
- Your UNIT NUMBER (115##)
- The PHONE NUMBER to be called.
Because the list is limited, we only allow one listing per unit.
