Each homeowner will be provided three (3) minutes to address the board of Directors on any topic for the Association.  Please note; if a Homeowner is asking the Board for action or assistance pertaining to an issue, and should the matter be taken under submission, then management will convey the Board’s response in writing to the Homeowner within 15 days after the meeting.

Pool Area Key Fob Issuance

Attention Residents:

On Saturday August 27, 2022 – The Board will be available at the clubhouse from 9:00 am – 11:00 am to issue pool key fobs to residents within the community.  Homeowner will need to provide an ID and a copy of their current MCM statement to receive the key fobs.  Renters will also need to provide an ID, and a written authorization from the homeowner authorizing the renter to take possession of the key fobs for their specific property.

For residents who have pool keys, these keys will still work on the pool gates.  In the coming weeks – the locks will be changed at the pool area and these pool keys will not work.  Notifications will be posted before the pool area locks are changed out.

The Association will require recipients of these key fobs to sign a Pool Gate Key Fob Agreement.  A copy of this signed form will be provided to you via email.  Additionally, a few other informational artifacts will be emailed to you including:

  1. Promenade Villas Pool Rules – May 2022
  2. Video Surveillance Policy
  3. Current Parking Rules and Garage Usage

New Patrol Service starts Sunday May 1st, 2022

Residents of Promenade Villas: 

Effective 5/1/22, a new Patrol Company, Patrol Masters will start providing services for the community.  The previous patrol company, Southeast Patrol, was unable to provide satisfactory service to our community.

Patrol Masters will start issuing citations on vehicles that do not have a parking permit.  Residents can safelist guest vehicles on their website (https://www.patrolmasters.com/online) starting on 5/1/22

Another communication will be provided to residents with additional information regarding their services, procedures, and garage inspection protocols for residents who want to request a parking permit.   This information will be posted here on our website once it has been shared with residents in the community.

Parking in Shopping Center

Reminder: Limited Hours of Availability

For Promenade Villas residents who park their vehicles in the shopping center, behind the old Bank of America building – please note that we are authorized to use the parking spaces from 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM Monday – Friday. 

The shopping center management reached out the Association voicing concerns that parking space availability has been limited and the shopping center staff are unable to find parking spaces.  As such, they have informed the Association that if non-employee vehicles are parked in these spaces during business hours (Monday – Friday), there is a high probability that vehicles will be towed.

If using these parking spaces, please be mindful of the hours of availability.  Signage is posted in the parking spaces clearly detailing parking availability days and times.  Please do not park in these spaces Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. 

 Your vehicle will be towed if you park in these spaces during this time.

Door King Gate Intercoms

The new Door King 1834 Gate Intercom units are installed. As of this posting, the Orr & Day gate is fully operational. We are waiting for the Gard gate unit to come online.

If you have submitted your name and number for the listing, it is active now at the Orr & Day gate. If you receive a call through the intercom unit press #9 to open the gate remotely.

The Gard gate will be operational soon. We are waiting for parts to finish the installation. Once operational, you don’t need to do anything, it will be programmed using the same list for the Orr & Day unit.

New Gate System Access Units

Our new Gate Access Control Boxes have been installed and will be ready for programming shortly.  The new system will have a programmable list of names and will call your phone when a guest selects your name.  If they are authorized, you can open the gate for them remotely from your phone.

** We can only have one listing per unit. **

** Phone numbers can be any area code **

NOTE: Because the previous system crashed, we are unable to transfer the old numbers into the new system.

Address Number Ordering

As part of the complex painting project we are replacing the address numbers for each unit. The association has order one address number plate for each unit. You may optionally order in install a second number over your garage or front door through Amazon.com.

Whitehall Personalized Cast Metal Address Plaque – Custom House Number Sign – Rectangle (11″ x 6.25″) – Bronze with Gold Numbers

This is the new standard for address signs/plaques within the community. The Association is covering the cost of one (1) plaque per residence. This plaque will be installed adjacent to the garage door.
